Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SAP Project Management professional with strong expertise in the SAP Activate methodology to support the planning and delivery of SAP projects. Based in Eindhoven Netherlands you will play a key role in ensuring project success by assisting the project manager and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing SAP project activities based on SAP Activate methodology.
Facilitate project planning documentation status reporting and tracking of milestones.
Collaborate with business stakeholders technical teams and thirdparty vendors to ensure smooth project .
Assist in risk identification issue resolution and change management processes.
Ensure adherence to project governance standards and delivery frameworks.
Help maintain project documentation RAID logs action plans and stakeholder communications.
Participate in regular project meetings ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
8 10 years of experience in SAP project environments with a focus on project coordination or management.
Proven experience working with SAP Activate methodology.
Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles including planning design testing deployment and support.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with diverse stakeholders across regions.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence or similar).
