This role involves negotiating repayment arrangements communicating with creditors and preparing formal documentation to support client outcomes. It s ideal for someone who s confident organised and passionate about helping people regain financial control.
Who You Are:
At least 1 year experience in customer service collections financial services or administrative support
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
Confident and professional when speaking with clients and creditors
Detailoriented and disciplined in managing sensitive documentation
Highly organised with a proactive problemsolving mindset
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Committed to client confidentiality and ethical practices

Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients to understand their financial situation and assess eligibility for debt solutions
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans with creditors
Draft clientfacing documents agreements and support letters
Prepare and submit internal documentation for financial assessments and proposal approvals
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all updates are properly documented
Coordinate with the advisory and legal team to escalate complex cases
Follow up with clients to ensure compliance and provide ongoing support
