Job Description
Qualifications:
- Senior high graduate or at least some college education ;
- Preferably with prior experience with BPO or call center particularly in voice accounts
- Computer literate can work with MS Office (Word Excel etc.
- Strong communication skills (English; written and verbal)
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service;
- Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day mid and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm 8pm to 5am 9pm to 6am 1am to 10am 6am to 3pm 2pm to 11pm.

Serve as the first point of contact for premium paying members providing exceptional service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your role involves assisting members with inquiries concerns and other issues related to the member’s account. You will work closely with various departments to fulfill member’s needs if needed and promote a positive atmosphere.
