Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled PreOwned Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team and help us uphold our commitment to excellence.
Position Overview:
The PreOwned Automotive Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic repair and maintenance services on preowned vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that every vehicle meets our rigorous standards before it reaches our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of preowned vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform diagnostic tests using specialized equipment to determine the cause of problems
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks including engine transmission suspension and electrical system work
- Document all work performed and communicate findings and recommendations to the Service Advisor and/or customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training or certification is preferred
- Seasoned Technician with at least 2 years of experience with electric and diagnostics
- Proven experience as an automotive technician with a focus on preowned vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills with proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach
- ASE certification(s) or other relevant automotive certifications are a plus
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
