Join a dynamic team thats revolutionizing the future of grocery retail at Amazon. As a Program Manager for Retail Store Change Management youll lead strategic initiatives that transform our physical retail spaces including Whole Foods Market locations and Amazon grocery stores. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation while ensuring seamless of store modifications that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key job responsibilities
Lead endtoend management of store change requests from initial assessment through implementation
Develop and optimize change management processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Analyze business cases and financial impacts for proposed store modifications
Drive crossfunctional collaboration with Design Construction Finance and Operations teams
Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership
A day in the life
Your day might begin with a virtual meeting reviewing proposed store modifications with regional teams. Youll analyze the business impact of these changes create detailed project plans and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth . Throughout the day youll monitor ongoing projects resolve challenges and ensure all modifications align with our customerfirst approach. Youll also spend time developing presentation materials for leadership reviews and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize our change management processes.

Were responsible for planning designing and maintaining Amazons grocery retail locations across the globe. Our team combines retail expertise with datadriven decisionmaking to continuously enhance our stores physical environments. 6 years of design experience
Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering continuous business improvements
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (agile to waterfall)
Experience working and contributing to project playbooks building schedules managing issues/risks establishing communication plans and stakeholder management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $122100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
