As a Creative Director youll have the opportunity to develop compelling scalable designs that form the foundation of our campaigns helping our customers explore Alexa and Echo devices and the subscriptions and services we offer. Youll collaborate with talented professionals across various teams and disciplines. Youll bring your unique vision to life through big activation ideas social media advertising onsite campaigns that enhance customer experience and invite them to engage with us.

In this role youll contribute to our mission by:


Conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop cohesive creative strategies across multiple channels
Mentoring and inspiring fellow creatives fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
Leveraging datadriven insights to refine and optimize our marketing efforts
Pushing the boundaries of whats possible in marketing across various asset types and platforms
Bringing strong project management skills web expertise design ability typographic skills and acute attention to detail

Key job responsibilities
Design and implement engaging campaigns across various mediums and channels
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather creative requirements and define performance metrics
Lead the development of highquality innovative multimedia assets
Propose design concepts using sketches animatics prototypes and mood boards
Develop design systems that standardize our brand across digital touchpoints



A day in the life
As a Creative Director you might brainstorm new campaign ideas provide feedback on design concepts or present your latest work to stakeholders. Throughout the day youll collaborate with copywriters UX designers and marketing managers to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Youll also spend time analyzing performance data identifying trends and using these insights to inform future creative strategies. Your role will involve mentoring junior creatives fostering their growth and nurturing a collaborative team environment.

8 years of driving compelling creative strategy and at an agency or inhouse creative team experience
Bachelors degree

Knowledge of InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Keynote
Experience developing crossfunctional relationships with product consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience managing creative (internal team of designers copywriters external agencies and freelancers)
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
