You love to MAKE THINGS: concepts stories videos photoshopable things and create content that makes people laugh cry or question reality.

Then this is your summer to create culture not just consume it (while getting paid!!! Put your name on work that matters. No coffee runs. No BS. No corporate cringe. Just creative mayhem.
You want to spend the summer teaming up with an Art Director Resident to use your legendary initiative to make cool that is going to get peoples phones talking. You see endless untapped opportunities in crafting social content that will poke through the noise. You have plenty of followthrough fuel to keep the work vibes fresh from KO to production.
- You write clear persuasive original copy. You are decided to the craft of words and their power but you know you dont always need words to tell a story. Step aside art directors you can craft a narrative using images too. Even land a joke by speaking only to eyeballs.
- You work well with a team. You know when to listen and when to speak up. You can articulate creative concepts and rationale to your Creative partner mentors Creative Directors and clients. You enjoy presenting your ideas and do so in a uniquely personal and influential way.
- You can work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently manage your time while working remotely. (Even when a new season of your fav show just dropped on HBO. We know its not always easy. You can maintain calm vibes in positive chaos.
- You are all in for the inclusive normbending GenZ revolution.
- You know cool things. You are plugged into music and maybe gaming too. Your mom called you to ask what the Metaverse is. Youre a hypebeast. It shows.
- Youve lived a little been on adventures (your backyard counts) and have a story that makes your POV unique. You believe in YOU.
- You have experience with all the latest tools platforms and applicable software: Mac OS Keynote & Google Slides. Bonus points if youve played around in Photoshop Illustrator or InDesign. If not dont worry we dont expect you to be Art Directors.
