Senior Family Lawyer
Duffy & Simon a progressive leader in the legal industry with nearly 50 years experience is growing across key areas including litigation commercial property and family law.
Due to this growth we are seeking a senior family lawyer to work across a range of interesting and complex family law matters including divorce property division and parenting matters.
You will enjoy the autonomy and responsibility of managing and leading a diverse caseload with the support and guidance from Partners as well as administrative assistance required.
General Requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication empathy and understanding
Draft and review legal documents including court documents and agreements
Working closely with barristers represent clients in court hearings mediations and negotiations
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction
Experience in high conflict parenting matters and complex property matters;
About You
34yrs PAE relevant experience within family law matters (parenting and financial)
Ability to manage multiple transactions and files in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
A passion for problem solving and bigpicture thinking
Ability to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a team and build long term client relationships
Excellent organisation written and oral communication skills
LEAP experience preferable but not essential
A strong interest in furthering their career in family law
