Job Title: Project Manager Real Estate (Apartments)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage apartment development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate particularly in apartment projects with strong leadership planning and skills to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & : Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets for apartment construction.
- Coordination & Supervision: Oversee contractors engineers and vendors to ensure smooth of the project.
- Quality Control: Ensure highquality construction standards compliance with safety regulations and adherence to building codes.
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project expenses negotiate contracts and control costs to maintain financial efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with developers architects legal teams and government authorities for approvals and smooth workflow.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Guide onsite teams and ensure effective communication between departments.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project status timelines and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in real estate project management specifically in apartment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Primavera or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with highrise apartment projects.
- Familiarity with RERA guidelines and local real estate laws.
- Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
