Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare wash assemble and test the components of our bioreactors ensuring all connections (manifolds) are properly assembled in compliance with strict production instructions.
- Perform cleaning tasks within both cleanroom and noncleanroom environments to maintain a safe and compliant production space.
- Accurately document all production activities in the Batch Record adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and ensuring the traceability and quality of each production step.
- Collaborate with the team to propose and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing quality productivity and adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain compliance with GMP standards contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly areas and ensure adherence to lean practices in the workplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in both French and English to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation of production activities
- The ability to work onsite fulltime due to the production activities required
- Initial experience in a production environment is required with a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) processes and requirements or equivalent experience.
- Resourceful and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen circumstances or changes in production schedules demonstrating flexibility in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Initial experience in the production of pharmaceutical or biotech equipment
- Initial experience having worked in a cleanroom environment
