Job Summary: The Buyers Agent at St TrinityProperty Group will play a crucial role in assisting clients with purchasingresidential properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their property needs preferences and budget providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the local real estate market including property values trends and neighborhood information to offer clients informed choices.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings delivering detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist clients in making competitive offers negotiating terms and navigating the contract process to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the transaction process including liaising with sellers mortgage brokers inspectors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the buying process providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Networking and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential buyers network with other real estate professionals and participate in community events to enhance visibility.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant local state and federal regulations and maintain accurate and uptodate records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License: Valid real estate license.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Market Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
