Job Description

Job Summary: The Buyers Agent at St TrinityProperty Group will play a crucial role in assisting clients with purchasingresidential properties. This position involves understanding clients needsproviding expert market advice and managing transactions to ensure a seamlessand successful buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong graspof the local real estate landscape excellent negotiation skills and acommitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their property needs preferences and budget providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the local real estate market including property values trends and neighborhood information to offer clients informed choices.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings delivering detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist clients in making competitive offers negotiating terms and navigating the contract process to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the transaction process including liaising with sellers mortgage brokers inspectors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the buying process providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Networking and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential buyers network with other real estate professionals and participate in community events to enhance visibility.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all transactions comply with relevant local state and federal regulations and maintain accurate and uptodate records.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License: Valid real estate license.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Market Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
  • Skills: Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate software CRM systems and MLS platforms.
  • Professionalism: High standards of ethics integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications such as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) or Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) are advantageous.
