Job Description
A Brooklynbased company is looking for an experiencedCOO to oversee daily operations. This leadership role includes managing teams procurement and staffing ensuring smooth operations across multiple sites in the city.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising teams and ensuring optimal performance at all posts.
- Hiring training and managing staff including performance evaluations.
- Overseeing procurement and maintenance of necessary equipment.
- Managing schedules and daytoday operational activities.
- Streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing staff in an operations role.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle fastpaced and multifaceted responsibilities.
