Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical intervention to support UofL Hospital staff members
Perform diagnostic evaluations interviews and acute crisis response
Responsible for supporting an infrastructure of behavioral health access and wellness to UofL Hospital staff
Develop staff centered treatment plans and interventions based on research clinical experience and client histories
Coordinate therapeutic and wellness initiatives with facility leadership
Review and evaluate progress in relation to measurable goals described in treatment and care plans.
Responsible for timely accurate and complete clinical notation (when applicable) in the electronic medical record.
Completes and maintains all required components of data tracking to ensure proper evaluation and reporting of individual group and crisis response interventions.
Respond to emergency calls during established working hours from direct care staff and leadership.
Attend weekly clinical meetings with Employee Support & Wellness Manager.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in Kentucky as a LCSW or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- One 1 year as certified social worker (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Preferred Qualifications
- One 1 year hospital or healthcare social work
