Job Description
Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Middlesbrough
Working Hour: No less than 37 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 14.50 16.00 per hour (DOE)
Number of Sleeps Required: As required
Pay Per Sleep: 58.40
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: This is an LD Home with a capacity for 3 Young People on 1:1 staffing.
Qualifications Required: Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in Years Required: 1 year (preferred)

Essentials
- Completed or Enrolled on Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Full driving licence
- Experience working within residential childcare or with children and young people in Ofstedregulated environments
- Understanding of legislation surrounding residential childcare
- Willingness to do or be involved in Personal Care
