Sommaire du Poste

Le/a Directeur/trice du Service AprsVente est un/e leader stratgique responsable de la croissance des revenus de lexprience client et de lexcellence oprationnelle au sein du dpartement du service aprsvente. Relevant directement du prsident et directeur gnral ce poste dfinit les stratgies de ventes et de soutien la clientle. Le Directeur collabore de manire transversale afin de dvelopper des processus efficaces des quipes performantes et une culture axe sur le client favorisant ainsi la croissance et la rtention long terme.

Ce poste joue un rle essentiel dans la dfinition du modle daffaires du service aprsvente de lentreprise incluant la vente de pices les services techniques les programmes de garantie et le soutien sur le terrain tout en veillant ce que la satisfaction et la fidlit des clients demeurent prioritaires.

En tant que Directeur/trice) du Service AprsVente vous serez responsable de la transformation du dpartement en un moteur de revenus visant gnrer 25 du chiffre daffaires total de lentreprise en vendent des pices des mises niveau et des ententes de service.

Ce rle consiste dfinir et excuter la vision long terme de notre division de service aprsvente. Lun de vos premiers objectifs : lancer et diriger nos oprations de service aux tatsUnis de la structuration du dpartement jusquau recrutement de lquipe la dfinition des procdures et la gestion de la performance.

Job Summary

The Director of Aftermarket Service is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth customer experience and operational excellence within the Aftermarket Service Department. Reporting directly to the President & CEO this role defines and leads the strategic vision for postsale service offerings parts sales and customer support initiatives. The Director collaborates crossfunctionally to develop scalable processes highperforming teams and a customerfirst culture that supports longterm company growth and retention.

This position plays a critical role in shaping the companys aftermarket business modelincluding parts sales technical services warranty programs and field supportwhile ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty remain at the forefront.

As our Director of Aftermarket Service youll be responsible for turning our aftermarket department into a core revenue engine targeting 25 of total company revenue through parts upgrades service and support.

This role is about defining building and executing the longterm vision for our postsale service division. One of your first major objectives: launch and lead our U.S. service operations. From setting up the structure and hiring the team to defining procedures and managing performance.
