Job Description

And as an Account Executive Content Developer thats exactly what youll be doing working closely with the Sales Training Team to develop new course materials to be used in daily presentations and our online Learning Management System (LMS).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Developing new training courses as needed
- Developing computerbased training content
- Attending and auditing trainings
- Analyzing training metrics to identify opportunities
- Facilitating trainings as needed
- Seeking coaching and feedback
- Consistently going above and beyond to train team members
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year(s) of experience designing training content for multiple delivery methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with or managing a LMS
- Knowledge of ADDIE (or similar) process preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- A high sense of urgency with all tasks
- A creative mind with strong attention to detail
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fastmoving environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Onsite fulltime attendance
