How Youll Make An Impact

The Sales Development Manager will be instrumental in cultivating a proactive customercentric Sales Development team with a focus on driving expansion within existing customer accounts. This leader will guide the team to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts expanding current relationships and generating additional pipeline opportunities for the Enterprise Sales organization. A key aspect of the role will be positioning Boomis products and services in ways that add value to existing customers evolving needs. The Sales Development Manager will collaborate closely with Account Managers Customer Success teams and Sales Leaders to develop and execute targeted communication designed to increase account penetration product adoption and longterm customer value.

What Youll Do
  • Build and manage a highperforming team of 810 Sales Development Representatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute a sales plan and strategy aimed at generating new pipeline and revenue within the Enterprise Sales segment.
  • Participate in the recruitment hiring onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Lead the SDR team in creating new pipeline opportunities for Account Management Sales Teams by partnering with Marketing to design tailored communication campaigns targeting key personas within Boomis customer base.
  • Facilitate biweekly team meetings to review sales and pipeline generation results discuss strategies and conduct sales and product training sessions.
  • Conduct weekly goaloriented coaching sessions to assess the capabilities motivations and aspirations of each team member partnering with them to fully develop their potential and career paths.
  • Foster a highenergy culture centered on empowerment creativity and fun.
The Experience You Bring
  • 5 years of SaaS sales experience in a quotadriven environment.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor sales representatives.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Goaloriented team player and selfstarter with a high motivation to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite Salesforce SalesLoft ZoomInfo Sales Navigator and Power BI.

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges from $150000 $175000 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills experience and geographic location.
