Job Description
Jefferies leading Real Estate Gaming & Lodging Investment Banking (REGAL) team combines bestinclass expertise and a significant track record of success to provide clients with optimal solutions. The team specializes in advising clients on complex transactions in the real estate gaming and lodging sectors helping them achieve their strategic objectivesand to navigate the dynamic landscape of these industries.
Position:Associate Real Estate Gaming & Lodging Investment Banking

Responsibilities:
Deal :
- Play a key role in the of transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial advisory services.
- Conduct financial modeling valuation analysis and due diligence to support transaction processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless of deals.
Industry Research:
- Stay abreast of trends developments and regulatory changes in the real estate gaming and lodging industries.
- Conduct indepth industry research to providevaluable insights to clients and internal teams.
Client Interaction:
- Develop and maintainstrong relationships with clients understanding their business objectivesand helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Assistin preparing and delivering client presentations demonstratinga deep understanding of market dynamics and transaction details.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the REGAL group.
- Work closely with professionals from various disciplines including legal compliance and other support functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 35 years of experience in investment banking
- Previous sector experience beneficial but not a prerequisite
- Strong financial modeling valuation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
