SURVEY CREW CHIEF

We believe that Surveying is a critical division of the firm that will allow us to service our clients objectives on a wider platform.
Job Description:
This is a dynamic position that will offer the opportunity to work with Survey Project Managers and licensed Surveyors to plan and evaluate proposed survey projects manage a survey field crew and perform the required survey field work on a wide array of projects for Stonefield clients.
The Survey Crew Chief works independently or with one or more members of a survey crew utilizing GPS and a robotic Total Station to perform Boundary Surveys Topographic Surveys ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and Construction Staking. The ideal candidate will also be well versed in survey and general engineering language to effectively communicate not only with Stonefield staff but also our clients contractors and the general public. The role also requires the individual to be responsible for the care and maintenance of the survey equipment responsible for their personal safety and the safety of crew members while on a job site and to train new field personnel.
