This person will manage the endtoend campaign lifecycleplanning building launching and analyzing performanceacross email website and social channels. A successful candidate will thrive in a fastpaced matrixed organization possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable balancing creative and technical . JOB DUTIES:
Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels including email website and social media in alignment with business objectives and customer journey stages
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Product Partner Support and Creative Services to plan prioritize and deliver highimpact marketing programs
Develop audience segmentation strategies and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and drive engagement
Track and analyze campaign results to inform future strategy continuously improving reach relevance and revenue
Maintain visibility across stakeholders by proactively communicating timelines deliverables and outcomes
Ensure marketing assets are accurate timely and aligned with brand and messaging guidelines
YOU MUST HAVE:
2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a B2B or channel marketing environment
Experience in managing multichannel marketing campaigns with a focus on customer lifecycle
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Experience working crossfunctionally and managing multiple projects in parallel
Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce; knowledge of A/B testing and campaign performance metrics
WE VALUE:
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for dashboarding and performance tracking
Working knowledge of email marketing platforms/best practices
Familiarity with CRM best practices and marketing automation tools
