The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in establishing datainformed decision making while also supporting broader product management responsibilities. The incumbent will work closely with product mangers to identify key metrics built analytical frameworks and develop insights that drive product strategy. Additionally the Product Management Analyst will help manage product initiatives gather requirements and contribute to product roadmaps. This role offers significant growth potential as the incumbent helps mature both the Banks data capabilities and product management processes.

Location: This role will be onsite in our Wilmington DE office 4 days a week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain product performance dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze user behavior to identify trends opportunities or areas for product improvement.
• Translate business questions into data queries.
• Support Project Managers in defining and tracking key performance indicators.
• Document data definitions and metrics for consistent use.
• Create accessible data visualizations and presentations for nontechnical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology and other departments to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Assist in managing product features from conception to launch.
• Gather and document business and client requirements.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders technology and clients.
• Support user research and feedback collection.
• Assist with competitive analysis and market research.
• Contribute to product documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting Business Finance Economics Mathematics or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or other applicable experience required.
• Must possess superior analytical skills and problem solving multidimensional problems.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of banking products and regulatory considerations.
• Must have the ability to interact with senior product managers and working groups.
• Ability to prioritize workload for multiple product managers.
• Have the ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities related to product analysis and support in a growing organization.
