About the Opportunity

E7 Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to support our revenuegenerating teams. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing sales and marketing processes managing tools and data and enabling effective collaboration between sales marketing and customer success teams. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth operations actionable insights and scalable strategies to support our Atlassian Platinum Partnership and ITSM/digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy and integrity for sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and platforms to ensure seamless of campaigns (e.g. email marketing lead nurturing).
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics including campaign ROI lead generation and attribution.
  • Support the creation and management of marketing assets such as landing pages email templates and content libraries.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Serve as the bridge between sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency.


About You:

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing data analytics or a related field.
  • Experience in sales operations marketing operations or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Marketo Pardot). Hubspot is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technologyfocused environment is a plus especially in the Atlassian ecosystem.
