New Role 2D Designer
I am looking for a Mid Senior 2D Designer
Location: East London
Salary:
Schedule: Three days in office per week

About the role
As a Mid Senior 2D Designer youll have the opportunity to shape and execute compelling visual concepts across a range of touchpoints from live projects to internal communications and pitches.
In this role youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to push creative boundaries bringing fresh ideas to life while demonstrating confidence in your design decisions. Youll have a strong background in event design and be comfortable working across both print and digital media
Responsibilities
- Lead innovative event concepts and graphic design balancing creativity with .
- Shape creative direction to enhance client brand identities.
- Oversee 2D design implementation incorporating feedback for project success.
- Ensure consistency in Wonders brand and design standards.
- Develop compelling presentations to communicate creative ideas to clients.
- Integrate strong visual language across event elements 3D environments and digital projects.
- Lead design elements balancing creativity with practical production needs.
- Mentor junior designers fostering growth and maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements
- 4 years of 2D design experience ideally in events or experiential design.
- A visionary with originality strong visual sense and passion for design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and design quality.
- Commercial awareness to maximize project potential within budget.
- Experience in creative branding for events; animation and digital design knowledge a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret briefs and develop innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- A team player and leader who inspires junior designers.
- Positive adaptable and ready for new challenges.#
