AS Advisors Group is looking to hire a fulltime Accounting Manager to provide support at our Dublin Ohio office. This position offers a salary range of $100000 to $125000 per year depending on experience. Additionally we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision coverage a 401(k) plan and paid time off (PTO). Employees also enjoy one week off at Christmas and one week off during the 4th of July with paid time off in addition to their personal PTO. What We Ask:
- Accounting Operations
- Complete and or supervise quality of daily accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely monthend and yearend closings and maintain the general ledger.
- Payroll Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance
- Prepare financial statements ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage corporate tax filings sales tax reporting and support audit schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of taxrelated filings.
- Financial Analysis
- Assist in financial analysis and contribute to costcontrol initiatives by supporting the Controller with data gathering trend analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasts.
- Provide supporting data and analysis for budget adjustments and variance analysis.
- Investor Relations
- Assist in investor relations by compiling financial data and reports for presentations ensuring accuracy and clarity in stakeholder communications.
What We Need:
- 7 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Experience with vendor relationship management.
