SecureTech Assessors make a difference every day in support of the nations Intelligence Community: We typically performdaily tasks such as:
Analyze design specifications design documentation configuration practices and proceduresand operational practices and procedures
Conduct onsite evaluations
Conduct verification and validation for security compliance of low and moderately complexinformation systems products and components
Provide identification of noncompliance of security requirements and possible mitigations torequirements that are not in compliance
Validate the security requirements of information systems
Verify and validate the system meets the security requirements
Provide vulnerability assessment of the system coordinate penetration testing and provide acomprehensive verification and validation report (certification report) for the information system
To get started in this exciting opportunity you need a TS/SCI clearance with at least a CI polygraph. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering or related field At minimum five 5 years of relevant experience in security systems engineering or system assessment to include recent experience within the last three 3 years in the following areas: Cybersecurity principles and technology including access/control authorization identification and authentication PKI network and enterprise security architecture. In lieu of a Bachelors degree four 4 additional years of related experience may be substituted DoD 8570 compliance with IAT II (Security CE GSEC CCNA CND CySA SSCP GICSP).
