An industry leading Estate Agency Group are recruiting a highly motivated and accomplished Area Lettings Manager to join the Senior Management Team and to head up their Lettings division.
You will need to have an extensive background in Estate Agency and Residential Property Lettings and in order to apply for the role you will be an influential leader with an ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels and have an innate sense of positivity and drive.
The ideal candidate will live within the geographic region have a proven record of over target performance an ability to train develop and mentor staff as well as have impeccable financial management and budget setting.
Skills: The skills required for this Area Lettings Manager role will include:
