Who You Are
As a Campaign Manager for ZDN you will be overseeing the successful of multiproduct digital campaigns across a wide range of clients and industries. You will work collaboratively with our internal Sales Enablement Team along with Sales AdOps and Creative Services Departments to develop strategic and innovative media campaigns.
To love and succeed in this role you are comfortable with change you dont know anything but multitasking and you can (usually) persuade people to stick to deadlines. When a challenge comes up you keep your cool and determine the best strategy to overcome it. You have fantastic organizational and communication skills and can talk to various stakeholders in a way that keeps them onside. Lastly youre good at keeping track of multiple pieces of information including the numbers. (Were a creative industry but there are still a lot of numbers!
What Youll Do
Develop processes to facilitate the delivery of campaigns and results
Be a product expert across the ZoomerMedia portfolio of sites and social accounts
Provide subjectmatter expertise to the Sales team as needed regarding products and
Manage overall client experience balancing professionalism and a sense of urgency with enthusiasm and reassurance to provide unparalleled client service
Be the main point of client contact for the campaign management process from campaign confirmation to conclusion
Facilitate professional client meetings: phone calls project updates and review sessions
Devise achievable and comprehensive workback schedules for booked campaigns
Have a full understanding of campaign goals deliverables timelines and budgets. Make decisions that keep those elements on track
Communicate with internal stakeholder groups during each campaign phase to ensure properly managed communication campaign scope resource allocation
Manage daytoday campaign activities including coordinating photography/videography and article production requests storyboarding creative delivery client/internal communications
Track campaign progress reporting on campaign status major issues/obstacles encountered and making recommendations regarding campaign scope changes
Deliver timely campaigns that result in satisfied clients and project teams
Provide postcampaign analysis including final reports and recommendations for future campaigns with support from the Campaign Strategist
Participate in strategic planning and conceptual ideation sessions both internally and externally as required
What You Have
2 years experience managing a high volume of digital projects in a digital agency publisher or media environment
Strong understanding of branded and sponsored content social media platforms paid and organic traffic and digital analytics (Comscore Google Ad Manager Google Analytics social insights)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate personably and professionally with clients and coworkers
Effective time management multitasking problemsolving and organizational skills
Experience with project management tools such as Notion Airtable or Asana
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines while having fun and maintaining a good sense of humour professionalism and tact
Experience with the following considered an asset though not required:
Google Suite (Slides Sheets Docs) CRM or OMS platforms Google Ad Manager Notion (or similar project management programs)
