Senior Program Manager Commercial Energy
Location: Remote Missouri or Kansas. Must be able to travel to Kansas City MO.

In this role you will leverage your leadership communication and relationship building skills to lead a matrixed team of program managers engineers communication professionals and marketing and IT developers to design launch and deliver customercentric energy programs across the state.

What you will be doing:
Working closely with the Regional Director youll ensure the of program goals exceptional customer satisfaction and strategic growth within your portfolio. You will provide daily management support be personally responsible for financial and program data quality and ensure timely reporting and billing through coordination with specialist staff.

Your prime responsibility will be overseeing a team of Program Managers as they design and deliver Utility energy efficiency programs under the guidance of a Regional Director. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing materials for client reports. You will build strong relationships with commercial and public sector stakeholders design and implement program strategies streamline operations create programmatic solutions and partner with internal teams to deliver ontime highquality programs to our clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following core program responsibilities across the client territory:

  • Build and guide collaborative and inclusive teams that have the talent needed to deliver on all client goals and contract KPIs.
  • Building rapport and trust with clients by understanding their business and priorities always following through on commitments and bringing One ICF to all engagements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of program designs performance status and how the performance of our programs impact our clients.
  • Solve client challenges through collaboration and partnerships with subcontractors internal partners and clients.
  • Work with internal teams to drive and oversee partnership strategy engagement and management.
  • Forecast track and deliver portfoliolevel financial and performance targets.
  • Collaboratively design program budgets and staffing needs across crossfunctional teams.
  • Guide and enable high performing teams through inclusive collaboration and career growthoriented people management.
  • Become an expert in ICFs suite of services and expertise and bring those solutions to your clients based on their strategic and programmatic needs.
  • Play a substantial role in preparing for pursuing and negotiating recompetes and/or extensions of the portfolio including pricing and proposal writing.
  • Coordinate with other ICF teams to share new or innovative offerings meet new or evolving business needs or challenges and expand our footprint with the clients organization.
  • Be a leader who demonstrates quality work passion for what we do and high ethical standards.
  • Be a strong communicator and build a culture of no surprises.
  • Administer program deliverables to meet highest quality expectations.
  • Promote an inclusive culture of transparency accountability and collaboration.
  • Must be able to travel to Kansas City MO weekly for hybrid work (Requirements are less than 25.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

  • Bachelors degree (concentration in Environmental Science Energy Resources Policy Engineering a plus or related field) (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 8 years of experience in energy or energy related field (experience managing successful energy efficiency electrification distributed energy resource and/or demand reduction programs plus)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and quality assurance/control theories techniques and applications
  • Technical experience with home performance demand side management energy efficiency or related commercial energy programs or utilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally with clients and colleagues at all levels

Pay Range There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on fulltime employment is:
