Responsibilities in a nutshell
Our Client Solution Managers are responsible for endtoend sales including the creative development and of sourcing strategies and recruiting plans for our clients. The Client Solutions Manager develops relationships with our top tier client base while helping Trustech attract the best talent available.
Primary objectives include managing client relationshipswith Directors Managers and Clevel executives at some of the top companies in the Salt Lake area. Helping to screen candidates conducting interviews making recommendations to hiring managers and helping to guide the recruiting process.

Getting granular
- Develop and build on relationships with our existing client base.
- Collaborate with client hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand and strategizefulfillment.
- Conduct intake meetings with client managers to set expectations and maintain communications throughout the recruiting process.
- Network and build strong relationships with prospective clients and candidates by providing strategic guidance and advice.
- Review candidate resumes and assess their qualifications and fit.
- Conduct phone screens provide candidate assessments and recommend viable candidates to Trustech client managers for further consideration.
- Manage the interview schedule for candidates and client managers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Document all candidate interactions in our ATS to insure we have the necessary information to successfully represent each candidate we come in contact with.
What you bring to the table
- 2 years of fullcycle recruiting
- Experience working with SaaS based software including those for applicant tracking (ATS) customer relationship management (CRM) and Project Management. We use Zoho One.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with top level technology leaders.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to think on your feet and resourcefully solve problems.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Strong work ethic sense of urgency and tech savvy.
- Bachelors Degree preferred; Preferably in Business or Technology.
