The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in Python development and possess strong leadership skills. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of Python developers ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance and support to team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Python developers providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design develop and maintain Python applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges faced by the team during development.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and share knowledge with the team.
Mentor and train junior developers promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Python applications with other systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience as a Python developer in an IT environment.
Strong knowledge of Python programming language and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in database technologies such as SQL and ORM frameworks.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative team environment.
