As aCore Accounts Schedulerat Integrity you will:
Ensure the account runs smoothly daily by staying highly organized
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and awardwinning customer service
Perform various account management tasks such as load building appointment scheduling phone management and email correspondence
Coordinate and plan pickup and delivery of shipments per customer requirements
Communicate details about shipments with customer contact
Revise previously scheduled appointments when issues occur
Assist with billing as needed
Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Focus selfmotivation problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
Top notch customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced everchanging setting
A positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively
High school graduate or equivalent
Proficiency in keyboarding and able to maintain the technical knowledge necessary to perform the job effectively specifically Microsoft Office products
Administrative scheduling or logistics account management experience
