About The Company
Our client is an established finance company specialising in arranging finance for investment property clients across Southeast Queensland and Australia. They provide a range of mortgage solutions including refinancing property investment purchasing construction loans and selfmanaged super fund loans.
About The Opportunity
As a Loans Processor you will be responsible for various key tasks that ensure the smooth processing of loan applications. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Interest rate pricing and upfront valuations.
- Scanning and filing documents accurately.
- Handling postsettlement duties as required.
- Completing servicing calculators for multiple lenders.
- Document requests and preparation including verification of living expenses.
- Generating loan applications required compliance documents and online application forms.
- Following up with lenders clients and solicitors to ensure timely processing.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience within the mortgage industry.
- A solid understanding of a variety of lender policies and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Flex Software and Broker Engine
- Clear and effective communication skills both in person and via phone and email.
