Job Duties:
- Quickly and thoroughly learn marketing portfolio of clients.
- Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customers wants and needs at the forefront
- Manage consumer and client relationships.
- Resolve customer issues complaints and concerns utilizing active listening skills professionalism and a high level of emotional intelligence
Qualifications:
- 12 years of customer service experience preferably in a sales customer service retail or hospitality environment
- Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
- Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced high energy environment where creativity proactivity and teamwork are essential
