Ocean Capital Holdings Limited is interested in a second or thirdyear business student to work with our team in Saint John for the Summer 2025 to the Program Coordinator Risk Mitigation this role will play a critical role in developing and implementing enterprisewide business continuity activities including Emergency Preparedness and Safety.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research and development of emergency preparedness documentation such as best practices and procedures.
  • Research and refine documentation for business continuity planning and safety activities.
  • Support change management processes through the development of communications and key messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Required Knowledge Skills Education & Experience:

  • Second or thirdyear Business student or related field.
  • Intermediate MS Word Excel PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Proactive approach to managing work activities independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding and appreciation of the confidential nature of the position.
