We are looking fora warm customerfocused Host to welcome guests and be part of the larger Frenchy team in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What will I be doing

To successfully fill this role you should be able to demonstrate the attitude behaviors skills and values that follow:

• Provide exceptional customer service following the Frenchy standard steps of service
• Serve guests in a friendly timely and efficient manner focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience
• Confidently recommend menu offerings and accommodate dietary restrictions
• Follow correct reporting procedures and assist in guest recovery situations
• Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly
• Maintain brand standards and strive to achieve departmental targets as a team
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Ensure floor stations are stocked appropriately

What are we looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in elevated restaurants
• Positive attitude and team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and ability to create winwin situations for guest recovery.
• Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
• POS systems payment systems and other related applications preferred
• Flexible schedule; must be able to work evenings weekends and public holidays
• Smart Serve Certified.
