Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct bulk hiring and mass hiring processes for clients
- Utilize recruiting techniques for various industries including technical recruiting and BPO hiring
- Screen interview and assess potential candidates for client positions
- Prepare candidate assessment reports and facilitate client interviews
- Coordinate feedback and ensure client satisfaction with hiring process
