Job Description
SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) or CFY FT or PRN Teletherapy
We have an immediate need for a licensed Speechlanguage Pathologist (SLP) or SLPCFY who is seeking a fulltime or PRN position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide speechlanguage pathology services to pediatric patients. Treatments will be delivered both in the patients home 60 of plan of care) and via teletherapy 40. Supervision of SLPAs is optional.
Job Description
As a Speechlanguage Pathologist (SLP) you will be responsible for the evaluation development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatmentsin accordance with federal state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.
Job Requirements
Graduate of AHSA accredited school
State therapy license or eligible in Texas
Will accept SLP CFYs
CPR certification
Supervise SLPAspreferred but not required
