Job Description
Experienced Baker
We are currently seeking an experienced baker with at least one year of prior experience working in a bakery environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating bakery operations in the morning creating fresh bread arranging pastries and preparing a diverse range of baked goods for the following day. In addition the baker will oversee ingredient quality monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing preparing and baking bread and pastries.
- Opening the bakery each morning.
- Presenting baked goods in an appealing manner.
- Managing supply orders.
- Innovating and creating new baked items.
- Ensuring timely completion of all baked goods for opening.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker in a bakery setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Creativity in developing new baked goods.

Benefits
3 years Contract if performance goodrenewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
