Smile you found us! Looking for a career change in 2025 Come find out what makes Peak THE PLACE to work and live. Peak is looking for a ROCKSTAR Bookkeeper to join our team at our soon to be acquired properties Harbor Pointe. These are two properties equaling 600 units in Milwaukee Wisconsin.

This role assists in the daily & ongoing financial & leasing operations of the property. This includes the financial performance of the property; by maintaining revenues & expenses in accordance with the budget. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting finance leasing operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Proven leasing experience a must. Ideal candidate will spend 60 of their time in financials and remaining 40 in a leasing capacity.
