Sales / Customer Service Representative for Memory Book Yearbooks
Location: Sedalia Missouri
Through direct marketing via mail telephone calls website inquiries response cards etc. the representative is responsible for increasing sales in both their specific territory and for the team as a whole within the goals and guidelines set by management for accountability. External communications will include but will not necessarily be limited to public and private school teachers administrators parent/student organizations photographers territory representatives and private individuals.
Customer service is provided on orders from order entry through the postshipment time frame with interaction between the customer representative manufacturing and accounting. Internal communications will include but will not necessarily be limited to other representatives of the Sales and Customer Service team Information Systems Accounting Manufacturing Marketing and Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED. Must read write and communicate in English as it relates to this position. An associates or college degree is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish would be preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of basic office procedures including keyboarding.
Knowledge or experience with a CRM software package or customer database software is preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting functions would be helpful but not required.
Good communicator with pleasant telephone voice.
Proven sales experience is desired; inside sales experience preferred.
