Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) seeks to fill the position of Program Manager Veterinary Technician Program. The Program Manager Veterinary Technician Program is located in the Nursing and Allied Health. This is a fulltime position for internal applicants only.
REPORTS TO: Dean of Nursing and Allied Health

The Program Manager is faculty position and formal representative of discipline specific accredited programs responsible for successful accreditation. The program manager will provide academic oversight engaged instruction curricula planning and development oversee program and student outcomes and engage in professional work to advance the Colleges mission by participating in institutional advancement professional development and service in the pursuit of excellence.
The Program Manager works closely with stakeholders to enhance student success ensure compliance with accreditation standards and strengthen partnerships that promote program growth and workforce development. This position requires strong leadership organizational and communication skills to address the dynamic needs of students faculty and the institution while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
