We are seeking a resultsdriven Inside Sales Representative (Representative Sls Consum I)to join our team. This role is responsible for selling billable consumables through outbound and inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a consultative sales approach and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Your Impact
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers in an assigned territory providing product details pricing and recommendations based on customer needs. Handle inbound customer inquiries address concerns and ensure excellent service from order placement to fulfillment. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for account management pipeline tracking and reporting. Manage order entry and searches using internal platforms like S21 and thirdparty inventory portals. Navigate contract management tools media storefronts and webstore/website platforms to support sales operations. Identify key decisionmakers and influencers within targeted vertical markets. Work closely with field sales teams to support customer activities coordinate new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze competitive market trends and provide insights to management.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
HS Diploma GED or equivalent experience required plus less than one year of related experience. Some College preferred Strong interest in sales and enjoys working in a fastpaced challenging environment Selfstarter with a positive outlook great customer service skills and high energy Excellent written/verbal communication skills including the ability to easily convey concepts to customers and employees Good time management skills with the ability to work multiple projects/priorities with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach Experience in consultative sales prospecting or customer service is preferred Ability to learn and articulate product knowledge particularly within the AEC reprographic and graphic markets Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and other sales platforms Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
