About the role:
- Newly created Legal Counsel position reporting to the General Counsel
- Work across multiple business areas but mainly with the procurement team
- Specifically get involved in managing commercial contracts and supplier agreements
- And from time to time: property employment corporate governance and privacy
The ideal candidate:
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- 3 5 years PQE in private practice or inhouse.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercially focused with strong legal acumen and a proactive approach.
