Were looking for engaging team members and we are willing to train people with great attitude and professional style.
Work 2040 hours per week during the summer over a combination of days afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Extend your availability to work parttime up to 20 hours per week during May September and October too and well do our best to accommodate your desired work schedule as long as you have availability to work evenings and weekends.
Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests by maintaining cleanliness by presenting as pleasant honest and friendly to ensure high standard of guest service and satisfaction.
Clean guest rooms and public areas including windows doors walls floors closets fixtures bathrooms and furniture by following the standard operating procedures.
Maintain cleaning cart and supplies.
Replenish guest rooms and baths with amenities supplies and linen.
Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly; replace batteries light bulbs etc. Report requests for repairs to supervisor or maintenance department.
Remove trash dirty linens and room service items.
Vacuum carpets and floor care duties.
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets spring cleaning super cleaning etc. as required
Enhance the propertys reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications :
Six to twelve months related experience/training.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
