Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedCasual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Grand HotelinFrankston.Youll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.
Featuring a family friendly bistro great service & a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.

What will my duties include
Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness customer service lighting and ambiance.
Oversee daily gaming operations including game management and equipment functionality.
Ensure that all policies procedures and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.
Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.
What we are looking for:
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Food Handlers Certificate
TAB Compliance
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to lead motivate and manage staff effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
