Now Hiring After School Program Instructors!!
PartTime
Compensation: $15 per hour (Pays minimum 2 hours per day)
Who We are:
Mad Science of St. Louis is a local science enrichment company that has been in business for the past 21 years. We specialize in sparking the scientific imagination and curiosity of elementary age children through exciting handson after school enrichment programs. Our programs combine engaging discussions exciting demonstrations handson group activities and awesome takehome projects to bring science to life! Come flex your teaching skills in an awesome environment!
We are looking for instructors who are:
Highenergy and dynamic!
Have a passion for teaching elementary age students.
Have experience working with elementary age students (teaching tutoring coaching camp counselor etc).
Have excellent public speaking skills.
Are available a minimum of 2 afternoons per week between 2:305:30 p.m.
Have a working reliable vehicle.
What you can expect:
Compensation is $15 per hour. This includes set up time one hour of class time and cleanup. Instructors will be paid for 2 hours of time minimally per single class taught.
Thorough training sessions and manuals to guide you through each lesson.
Preprepped kits including all materials needed for each lesson.

This is a parttime position
