Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts Fast Formulas HDL Inbound Data Loaders and OIC Integrations across OTL Payroll Core HR Benefits and Absence Management.
Work directly with business users to gather requirements document functional and technical specifications and develop custom solutions.
Build OTBI and BIP reports to support business needs.
Demonstrate strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of underlying Oracle HCM tables.
Support and enhance open enrollment processes for Benefits.
Develop and manage endtoend integrations for HCM modules including Payroll Core HR Benefits and OTL.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM integrations data loads and customizations.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of handson experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Developer.
Strong expertise in HCM Extracts Fast Formulas HDL OTBI BIP and OIC Integrations.
Handson experience in developing custom integrations for HCM modules including Payroll Core HR Benefits and OTL.
Proficiency in SQL understanding of HCM database tables and ability to write complex queries.
Experience working on open enrollment processes for Benefits.
Ability to work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving HCM data and integration issues.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore model.
