Our client is on a mission to bring on board an outgoing and hardworking EA to join their closeknit team. In this role you will provide administrative support to 2 Partners and manage the office space with other EAs. If you thrive in an environment where you can support teammates and take on special projects we want to hear from you!
The Role: Executive Assistant
The Location: Palo Alto CA (Hybrid 4 days onsite)
The Money: $110k $130k Base Bonus

The DaytoDay:
- Arrange travel logistics for the Partners and create itineraries
- Schedule internal and external meetings and manage your executives calendars
- Take on special projects as needed including event planning
- Work closely with the EA team rotating office management responsibilities
- Greet all guests and provide a warm and welcoming environment
