Amazon is looking for an experienced talented and highly motivated individual to join our Customer Experience and Business Trends team. The right candidate will have a passion for assessing the end to end experience of selling partners and identifying improvement opportunities demonstrate analytical thinking problemsolving skills and strategic thinking have experience influencing and earning the trust with senior stakeholders and driving business teams to take action have a strong sense of urgency and commitment and possess remarkable creativity and excellent business judgment.

In this position you will look around corners build methodologies to generate insights and make recommendations to senior leaders and drive actions that directly impact our customers.

Key job responsibilities
Own and execute endtoend analyses including scoping design data collection data analysis creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership
Innovate in methodologies and perform indepth analyses to deliver key insights in business customer experience and technology areas
Deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment and collaborate with peers and stakeholders across geos and business units.
Work with senior leaders to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on developing products and services that will improve our customers experience
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members and contribute to our high performing culture

About the team
Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience globally. We are a team of builders that develop products services ideas and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings for almost every business at Amazon for every customer (e.g. consumers developers sellers/brands employees investors streamers gamers).

Our approach is based on determining the customer need along with problem solving and we work backwards from there. We use technical and nontechnical approaches and stay aware of industry and business trends. We are a global team made up of a diverse set of profiles skills and backgrounds including: Product Managers Software Developers Computer Vision experts Solutions Architects Data Scientists Business Intelligence Engineers Business Analysts Risk Managers and more.

Bachelors degree or equivalent
5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
2 years in crossborder ecommerce

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
MBA
Experience in delivering endtoend customer research studies including study design fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey analysis recommendations reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
Experience in areas such as management consulting internet technology retail consumer goods
Ability to conduct research in Chinese
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a proven ability to present in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including senior leadership
Strong business acumen

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
