TEAM LEAD WAREHOUSE

If so Kirby Risk Electrical Supply has an opportunity for you as aTeam Lead at its Distribution Center in Indianapolis IN
Want to know if you are a good fit If so you will meet the following criteria:
- Training Teaching and Mentoring
- Developing and updating processes and procedures
- Communicating and following up with multiple groups and functions
- Creating crossfunctional teams and enhancing employee morale
- Starting shift meetings and creating/monitoring work assignments throughout the day
- Maintaining a consistent workflow
- Electrical Distribution experience is a plus!
Role Requirements:
- High School/GED or equivalent work experience
- 3 years warehouse and/or light manufacturing experience
- 1 year Kirby Risk distribution or wire industry experience
- Demonstrated examples of training/development skills
- Demonstrated commitment to quality control standards
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts/schedules
- Computer literacy with experience in Eclipse or WMS; Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of processes and system functions while supporting standard operating procedures
- Ability to perform and retain various skillrelated training and operations
